We will offer quality and after-sales service with the following commitment to our customers: product quality: Artificial grass products starting from the date of the pavement to the site, the user under normal operation, the reasonable use, our company will provide quality assurance according to the type of product. As a result of force majeure or defects caused by improper use, or because of abuse or neglect, vandalism and accidental behavior, because of the foundation, construction causes (weather, temperature) or not in accordance with relevant provisions of the quality of maintenance standard use and appear quality problem, the supplier can provide replacement by paid. All non-artificial damage caused quality problems (such as: fade, fall off, weathering, degumming, decay, etc.) we will free replacement of artificial grass products
Warranty period depends on the application of artificial grass geographic area (see Ciba Klangley table) and site of the actual use of frequency.
